Well new spark plug wires and still sputters. Anything else you might think of? This renix kind of stinks. Would be better if it gave codes.

When it acts up if I put it in park I can rev the engine up to high rpms and no sputter but as soon as I put it in drive. Sputter sputter sputter. Will check fuel pressure again.

Yeah. Doesn't require much fuel to rev in neutral compared to what it needs to go down the road...........

Plugs/wires/cap/rotor - how old?
It's too cheap of a thing to do all at once to not at least try it if they're old. $30 on RA for a pack with all above except plugs, including a good rotor with brass contacts. Champion truck plugs at whatever local auto store.
Otherwise, what's the state of the grounds? What about harnesses? Did you refresh your dipstick and rear firewall ground and/or add a heavier ground to the firewall on either side? - Cruiser's tip (#1) - https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/cr...x-tips-153657/
Did you spray out whatever harnesses you can get your hands on with contact cleaner and check their condition? Cruiser's tip (#9) - https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/cr...x-tips-153657/
Has the battery/alternator been tested? Are they known good/new?
I would try Cruiser's ICM tip as well (#4) - https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/cr...x-tips-153657/
It's easy and free insurance on a part that will otherwise virtually never go bad.

Since it's always a possibility that it's a wiring issue, you might get a look at the ground for the fuel pump. Not sure how it's grounded on a your Jeep....
Have you tried swapping the fuel pump relay with another one next to it ?? Kind of a process of elimination for causes..
