1988 Jeep Cherokee - Heater Hose Routing
My son has a 1988 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.0 inline 6 and the heater hoses and control valve were not connected correctly when we bought the Jeep. The water outlet on the return valve is going directly to the Renix bottle and the hose on the bottom of the bottle goes back somewhere. The heater core is disconnected probably due to a leak.
I recently replace the bottle with a Dorman brand replacement and it quickly got a ballooned area and is soon to fail. I was able to get a replacement and hoses and HCV, but even though I have a Haynes manual, I do not have the routing and I want to be sure to not cook the bottle again.
Can someone provide the proper diagram for these hoses or just take a photo of their hose layout?

This is for anyone seeing this thread,,,if you have a Haynes manual,,the heater hose routing is in it, just not under Chapter 3. You can find it on page 1-9 under Tune-up and routine maintenance. Figure 4.8b
