Default 16" rims?

Does everyone use 15" rims? Can we use 16"? Is there a reason we don't?

Cuz most standard tire sizes come in 15" rim diameter. Metric sizes are usually in a 16" rim diameter. It's all about preference. I speak English, so 31" tire just makes more sense to me than "275".

16s are nice... throwing a pair of moabs on the xj this weekend. i like them. the tires have a stiffer sidewall for dd. but once you air them down they do just as good as a tire on a 15" rim i think.

My 2000 Classic has 16" stock. I think they look really good.
