15 AMP fuse keeps blowing out

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Found out the issue was something with my transmission harness. I believe all I did to fix it was just unplug it, clean the connections, plug it back in. Theres pins in the harness that can be jumped to fix the issue but i thankfully did not need to do it.
