As you can see they got bent somehow and are ****. I know a lot of people say I dont need them. Is having them on bent like this hurting anything? Should I remove them and replace them? Just remove them? Or can I leave them like this and not worry about it? Thanks !

First you have to take the tire off to get a better idea.
Second why does it look like the spring plate is bent in the picture?

It does look like the plate is quite bent.

I'm betting the rear has been lifted and there is extra tension on the sway bar parts.

What plate? Sorry I don’t know where that is. I noticed the links look bent out a little.

That's from over torquing the bolts down.

The links look crooked because you tightened the u-bolts too much and bent the plate under them. The links themselves are fine.

Ditch the rear sway bar and end links. With stiff springs, you won't notice much of a difference.

Overtorqued, much? That plate and u-bolt are the only issues i see. Both are bent. The endlink, from what i can tell, is ok. Because the plate is bent down, the link is pointing towards the tire, instead of straight up. The sway bar has a firm grip on the bushing still, so its pulling the bushing out, making it look like the link is bent. Endlink good. Plate and u-bolt bad.

Great thanks. I’ve had the jeep 5 years and never touched that plate or bolts so it must have been that way the whole time if you’re saying they’re over tightened. Guy I got it off must have.

It won't hurt anything. If you want new ones and u bolts, you can get them cheaper at a junk yard.

I think the U bolts arent designed to be reused. Like cylinder head bolts

U bolts are fine being reused. Bent ones probably not so much.
