01 XJ jerks and RPM's go up only @ highway speeds

Yeah it seems to point to the TPS. I just dont know if I should go with Oreilly or the dealer. Im still gonna do the filter change since its new to me and I just wanna make sure its fresh.

Well it finally threw a code for the TPS(PO121). The dealer was out of stock and Oreilly had it so I went ahead and bought it. I already replaced it but didnt have time to test drive it. Ill see what happens tomorrow morning on my way to work.
