01 stalls when warming up only

01 stalls when warming up only
I have a 01 xj 4L auto and it seems to be stalling right before it reaches operating temp. I have been told that the stalling happens when it goes to closed loop. No codes. Once warm runs fine. New IAC. What can I look at next? It does have a cheap CPS from Oreilly. Should I get the battery tested when it is cold?

Do you think this might be a Coolant temp sensor problem? This only happens when the jeep is cold, I have noticed before the fan kicks on when the jeep is cold on first start up. Could the temp sensor cause stalling?
