01 speedometer not working

01 speedometer not working
Hey y'all question for ya.. My speedometer worked,then I put in a SYE. After my project was complete my Speedo didnt work. Intermittently when I accelerate quickly the needle will bounce around for a second then go back to 0. Feedback is appreciated..
