it will drop about alittle over a notch below 14, when taking a turn and off the gas. (like turning around in a driveway where you are not on the throttle) the only way to get it to go back up is when you shut off the headlights or the heat. then you hear something engage when it gets back to 14, almost like a whine. like something turns back on. and I know this whine is not a power steering pump noise.

 

Drops to only a notch under 14...like a needle thickness, or a full stripe?
If the first...thats normal, mine always lives there.
