Ran into a problem the other day and it appears to be a consistent thing now. I can't get the doors of the Jeep to unlock using the FOB or the lock switch on the drivers door. When you hit the unlock button on the FOB or the driver door switch the passenger side switch panel clicks but no other action. Haven't made any changes and like I said keyless entry was working just fine until a couple days ago. Any ideas?

My 01 has a similar issue. It's random though. When it rains really hard I loose use of my FOB & my power windows only work from the drivers controls. Haven't dug into it much as I've got other issues to deal with first. Will follow to see comes up here.
This more applies to coronas problem than the original poster, but it could help him too.
This is 100% guarenteed to fix your problem, its definitely one of these problems, and most likely both of them.

Replaced the driver door harness last summer to address not being able to roll the passenger window down. Fixed the window issue but afterwards Keyless Entry would unlock all the doors but the drivers. On the rare occasion it would unlock all.
Still consider the driver door harness the issue?

Its possible, perhaps you missed a wire or one is broken and you didnt see it. Theres alot of wires in there and it would be easy to miss. The issue almost certainly lies within that door and i would say its probably wiring in there somewhere
