we should have a subforum for just builds....so everytime a new member...or a member....wants to look into builds..he goes there instead of surfing tech for hours, days, months, years!!!

yeah...like....let say...someone will build a trail machine ...4.5 inches and 32s...ok...someone will like to look at that..and say thats what i need...or..well u get the idea...point been is a lot more fun to look into a page full of builds instead of finding 1 out of 20 threads in one page....

Pretty good idea..might also have some sort of a basic template for listing specs...I always hate looking at builds that do not list specifics about the jeep.. Always nice to see what lift parts/kits and so on are used in the build beyond factory parts..

can you break it down in sections..

simple builds
mild builds
wild builds
extreme builds
?
also i havent really look in to it...but is there a "how to" section..?...

also we could have a fabrication sub forum

bumpers, racks, fenders etc.....which some how enters into the building part...but..it could be less general which will keep everything more organize

what is a poster starts making small stuff then ends up in Extreme... they he will have to post in 3 sections,, just keep one continuous thread of your personal build my 2 cents

Comments in the build section should be kept at a minimum...only questions and answers to questions.

Most definitely side banter will be deleted immediately and should be reported in these sections as well as tech.

As well as the writeups section, side banter should only be in OT please report posts if you guys see otherwise.

I cant break it up initially as we need to generate content in that section first, but maybe after a period of time that could happen.
