Hey all,

Im a big fan of this forum. I have like 5 posts on NAXJA and almost 2k here.. been here since 09, if that tells you anything.

Ive been thinking about getting a paid sub bc i am all about supporting the forum. But since the forum is owned by internet brands where is my $$ going? If it were owned by a regular fella on here i wouldnt think twice. But does it go right to a big company or....?

Not trying to be stingy here.. i know either way it goes to a good cause in the forum. Just curious really.

It's going to a publicly traded company that owns over 150 forums as far as I know.

 

Hmm that's what I was thinking. Wish it was run by someone here still. My gf's dad runs carolinaskiffowners.com, basically the largest skiff based forum so I know what the costs are esp when your that big. So I don't mind chipping in to help... But..
