A Moderator will only have the ability to "Moderate" certain parts of the site.

A Super Moderator can alter every part of the site that the everyday user can see.

Administrators are the end all be all. They can change every aspect of the site, as well as the way it runs, looks, and operates.

I hope this clears it all up for you, Bandit!
