Mobile app problem

Default Mobile app problem

Since the update today on the mobile forum app everytime I open it it just gives me an error message and crashes.... anyone else having this problem?

try uninstalling and reinstalling. mine was doing the same and that fixed it right up.

All my forumrunner apps are doing it. Haven't tried reinstalling yet.

Found a fix. Settings>applications>mobile app>clear data.

You'll have to sign back in, but it fixes the problem.

unfortunately this needs to be done each time an update comes accross. IMHO the damn install should do that for you. However lazy coders don't use all the tools available to them...

This fix applies to the android for sure. Not sure on the Iphone since I don't use an iphone.
