i looked in my permisions and it says no html coding, now mind you im kinda a tard when it comes to this, but i would like to hyper link the name of my build in my sig..but for all i try it dosent wanna work? what did i do wrong? and is this allowed?

this is the coding i was trying to use...maybe a computer savy kind of member can point me in the right direction as to what i did wrong?
