Adding to Wades photos so not to start a different thread of the same thing...
Well a friend and I left after work Friday night to head down to NAXJA's Winterfest 2011. Winterfest was held at the Badlands Offroad Park in Attica, IN.
The ride down was kind of straining on the eyes. It was dark and raining the whole time. Hit some traffic in Chicago which was annoying. We rolled into the campground at about Midnight. Luckily the rain stopped for about a half an hour so we could set up our tents. Right after that, it started pouring again so we went to bed.
We woke up and what do you know, still raining haha. I didnt get as many pictures, or as good of pictures as I would have liked because of the trails I ran and because of the weather. The temperature never got over mid fortys and nights were in the twenties. Sleeping in a tent was interesting haha.
My buddy Tim has not been on a wheeling trip like this before so it was time to fix that. Him and I grew up in a farming community so our childhood was mudding and farm fields. I ended up doing the green trail with him so he can get the feel for his jeep. I was also excited to try out the rear locker and KM2's.
I was super impressed with how my jeep did. It was awesome especially because it was wet rock.

This is the waterfall I didn't think I would be able to do. Surprised myself:

A KOH rig that was there (Rosco Racing):
Tim coming through the tube:
This is the wall I tried and almost ended up on my side. Tried about four times. Kinda mad I didn't try again after that. It was towards the end of the day though and I wanted to make it home. Its hard to see in the photo, but the left side has a huge divet in the bottom. My rear slid over and it got sketchy.:
