Default First Time Out On The Trails! Flexin! Lotsa Pics!

Got word of a few trails opening up early this year, so I did what any sensible person would do. Called in sick, grabbed the girlfriend and a few coolers full of the camping necessities and had a blast. I took tons of pics, but I can't share em all so here are a few good ones.

I'm SOOO completely satisfied and impressed with how well my XJ performs with the RE lift. Went up some of the same trails we did in our stock ZJ and spent hours stacking rocks, and it's completely effortless now. I thought my next upgrade was going to be lockers, but as capable as this thing is now, I think body armor is in order. Had a little bit of trail damage, a shock bushing blew out on me and I lost all 4 of my fender flares before the trip was over, Enjoy the pics!

Beautiful scenery! Looks like it was a lot of fun, even with the damages.

The first half or so are Kelly Flats and the second half is on 7 Mile Creek (Both on HW-14 West about 35 Miles from Fort Collins)

They are the TreadWright version! So far, I am REALLY impressed with these tires, the grip is awesome!

Well the rear flares were ripped off by the tires, I'm doing some trimming but actually getting into the metal fenders now so I'll put up some pics when I'm done, I'm hoping I can make them last a little longer til I can afford some bushwhackers. Now this is kinda funny, I actually lost BOTH front fenders at exactly the same time, in the last pic where I hit the water, it just blew them both clean off!
