Bored below the plate to 60mm to equal the top..

 

Nice. Don't they normally bore to 62 mm to match the intake port on the manifold?

 

If you bore to 62mm you would have to replace the stock butterfly as it is only 60mm in diameter.

 

Ah I see. I was wrong too, I guess xjs are only 60mm on the manifold? Are there any other things done the tbs like proper cleaning and all? Am I able to simple swap my sensors and install?

I bore them, glass bead them, clean them, grease them, and assemble.
I believe the manifold is a little bigger than 60mm, havent measured one.

I do have a 62mm I did...but you would have to make your own throttle plate.

 

I believe the holes on intake manifolds are either 64 mm or 68 mm. I did measure one day but I forgot.

 

Yeah, its a hair bigger than a stock plate....so Id say 62-64mm.

 

But with your 60mm I' won't have to change anything? What are your payment methods? PayPal?

 

There is nothing to change. Its a stock TB bored out to allow more air flow. I include instructions on how to flash the ECU, which takes about 30 seconds.
