Default Where to buy new HP D-30 front axle.

Looking for one that has ever thing. Brakes and all but not needed. Wanna do a straight R&R.
Need to replace the HP I have on now with a new one. The HP I have now is giving too many problems and I would rather just get a new one and maybe sell the old HP I have now. Thanks.

I would pull on from a JY, or check Craigslist/local forums for someone who just swapped axles.

buying a complete D30 new? I don't know. But I would bet its a lot of money for a D30.

Why new?

Replacing and refurbing a used one will be much easier. Prolly cheaper, too.

Moved to the Wanted section.

Ya, found new from $957-1400 complete with brakes.
Or would it be cheaper just to rebuild??

Depends on what needs rebuilt, I guess.

But typically rebuilding is cheapest.

for that price (if you do the work) it could be locked and possibly alloy shafts.

All bearings I'm sure, as well as the gears for sure. The knuckles as well as the spindles. The only thing that's really good is the axle tube and hopefully the axle shafts. Brakes are done shot, but the calibers are still good. I don't know parts to a solid axle, and don't have the means to do a gear fix, so I was thinking to save a headache and hassle, was just gonna do a swap.
