can you get some closer pics.
is it rusted other than the rollers?
what kind of condition is the cable in?
where does the bracket tie into the frame?
oh and how many lbs is it? 8000?
you can see pics of my roof rack in my profile.
thanks

solinoids are 79 ford starter soilinoids. like thirty bucks. only rust is on the rollers and the drum. cables in good shape. it's fraying at the end thou. it's eaither 8000 or 9000 im not sure. and it weighs like 150 pounds. i dont have anything made to tie into the frame on an xj the plate was made for my cj. but i had no problem mounting it to my stock bumper and making the bumper stronger. if you want ill let the whole bumper go too.but youll have to strenglthin it again.

wow, great freaking deal. wish you were closer, i'd trade you my warrior products rack with axe, shovel and hi lift mounts straight up for your 8274 as is.
btw, the 8274 is 8000lb and is the best winch money can possibly buy.
out of curiosity, what year is yours. not that it matters any.

Heres what I did with my 8274
Ive got under $400 in mine after rebuilding it.
If no ones interested here you might try your local clubs. These winches are very popular with the crawler crowds.
