I have a black front bumper has some paint chips I live on new Baltimore mich but i can het it to warren at about 4:20 during the week if you want to meet but I can ship if you pay call or text for pics 1586 275 9838

Finally got my new winch bumper in.

Have a nice 1999 XJ front bumper assembly. W/brackets and bolts.
