I live up in La Center, WA and need a mechanic to come here with their equipment to help figure out whats shorting my jeep. Its done this before and my friend had replugged some things after replacing the blown fuse to the fuel pump, then it started up. A week later it it again, although this time i dont know what fuse blew. Need to find out whats going on here and if theres a short somewhere. I can afford to pay you a couple hundred dollars and am stuck here till its fixed. Thanks.

Update:

It still wont start, but when i woke up this morning, the power turned onto dash and stereo. It wouldnt do that at all before. And when trying to start it,i cant hear it trying to "click over".
