I saw a '92 XJ with your transmission today at the one junkyard but someone had removed all 4 tires and it was almost sitting flat on the ground (Well sitting on 4 donut tires so maybe 4 inches off the ground.) I'll look again tomorrow at the other big junkyard up near the mountains.

OK..I got one of these things today...It "looks" good, but how does one go about testing one of these things outside the vehicle?

Hook up an ohm meter to the 2 pins in the plug. Then push the ball into the switch and see what the meter reads. If it shows resistance then it's good
