I've looked around and cannot find someone who makes these. Only coming up with XJ ones.

I'm hoping someone here runs or knows of a fab shop who'd be up to the task. This is what I'm looking for:

I'd want an additional smaller light hole on the bottom for a turn signal. Since I'd get a 4'' brake/reverse hybrid light, then add a 2'' amber turn signal.
