Do you know if this lift would lift the whole car up 4.5 inches or would I have to purchase anymore items?

It will. Need to replace or extend brake lines, might need a t-case drop, I don't know if that's included or not, are your current leaf springs sagging any?

Well you can extend brake lines by relocating the bracket that is in the wheel well area, and the kit probably comes with a tcase drop but if not, it probably pretty cheap.

It does come with a tcase drop kit, so you shouldn't need anything extra, unless you just wanted to upgrade your brake lines, but it's not necessary

So you think a 4.5 inch rough country lift is practical without spending too much on everything else?
