Help make my jeep road legal again!

Hey guys, tax refund is in the mail and I need some stuff for my jeep, I'm probably gonna slap on a 2-3" budget lift, but the biggest things my 1991 XJ sport needs are:
windshield
drivers side seatbelt female piece (grey if possible)
turn signal switch
center console lid (grey or black)
grey hatch interior piece
temp sender on top front of block
hatch struts
passenger triangle window
My refund is gonna be pretty tiny so I'm lookin to save as much cash as possible, I'll go to the local junkyard if I have to, but they're overpriced and I'd rather help out some forum members. Plus, the money I save can go to metal for some fab work I've got planned
