selling mine from my 1996. they are in good shape and the brackets have no rust at all. they are black and I am in colorado, let me know if you are interested.
Forgot to add that the plastic under the bumper, when I took it off the holes were ripped out. some how it stayed on though? but I only want 50 plus whatever shipping is to you.
