When trying to get an 87 cherokee 4.0 to start, my first check was going to be the CPS. I located wires going to unit on bell housing and when I pulled on wire to get connector - there were no wire on the other side. I looked around the back of manifold and saw no obvious wires pulled off. Anyone have any idea what color wires come of the connector ?. I have checked all the wiring harnesses for obvious wires but saw nothing. The only connector I found was a round connector near the dipstick with a green wire going into harness. Any thoughts?
