try Roxbury Auto Wreckers in North Jersey, or Camps Auto Wreckers in Wayne, NJ. I know for a fact that Roxbury has 5 NP242's

 

ive got a 42re from a 04 grand cherokee... i would imagine they changed around the 2 sensors at some point and time and not sure how easy they would change... but a 42RE non the less... i was asking $300 for it but on here ill sell for $250 plus shipping... this thing was clean too... not a drip of fluid on it... came from the jeep that way!

i've got one here i just pulled. tranny/242 case still together. jeep had 150k when pulled.

but i'm in canada, just north of niagara falls/buffalo.
