93-98 Grand Cherokee exhaust and cat!

I new my exhaust and cat needed replacing when i bought it but didnt expect meineke to say $425 for a cat and exhaust!!! So if any of you guys replaced your exhaust and kept your stock old one and its not blown id be willing to drive a bit to pick it up. Also its for a 4.0I6. Thanks, hopefully i can find some one on here or i have to go to a local yard and lay in the mud and cut one off from there
