2" shackles, flowmaster 40, magnaflow cat

Looking for the parts in the title, some 2" lift shackles, flowmaster 40 muffler, and a magnaflow high flow cat. Exhaust parts need to have enough pipe so i can clamp them, since Im not the best welder.

picked up shackles and spacers from members, but now i need to add this to my want list:

track bar for 4"-6" lift with good bushings and hardware.
