Nice welding job, that's such a good skill to have for a Jeep owner.

thanks guys, ill post finished pics when i get home, i grinded the welds down so its flush and on the next ones ill have the bumper mounts stick thru the bumper so that the d ring is the end of the bumper mounts and your not pulling off of the bumper but just the mounts.

 

i very much like the first one but after reading i think i'm going to wait and see what you do with the tube bumper. I like or fabs front bumper but no where near as much as i love their rear! lol so if you do come up with a design for the front think about one for the rear too. And good luck selling these. Great price and build.

im gonna go see what the deal is about shipping. iv looked to see what it would cost thru ups online and and they wanted about 400 bucks to ship,
i know other people are charging like 75 to ship to the lower 48 and i know they arent taking that big of a hit on their profit so im assuming im doing something wrong or looking in the wrong place. ill find out soon,

for the guys that want a tube bumper i have a design for ones with and without winches. ill have to make one before i commit to a price. ill post pics of my drawing in a second, i promise my fab skills are far better than my drawing skills

 

the bottom tube will sit further back than the upper tube to create the approach angle im just not very good at drawing, i can also put a stinger on instead of the hoop, all the tubing is 1.75 inch od .120 wall except for the rails on the side of the light hoop those will be 1.5 inch .120 wall and the plates for the bumper mounts will be the same as on my first bumpers, 1/4 inch plate with 10 mounting points

 

Nice, I am lookin forward to the tube bumpers. How much are you sellin the roof racks for? and do you alter them any from the photos? I like it but was lookin for one similar to the olympic 4x4 top hat one. I like the longer ones with the little side brush guard. Looks good though...

 

the roof racks all come with mesh in the bottom and ill paint them for 50 extra. the 2 most popular sizes for xjs are 4x4 and 4x5 foot racks.
the 4x4 i sell for 180 with gutter mounts, the 4x5 i sell for 250 with gutter mounts, for 20 more i can add a jack and shovel mount to them. im going to make one with a light bar built in for mine and maybe sell them if people like them enough

as for the bumper, its about to rain any second so ill be waiting til tomorrow to start on it.
