four real steel winch bumper. this thing new is over $700 shipped. its $599 without shipping. I'd like to get $400 out of it. its in great shape, has a few minor paint chips, but nothing major. I'm located in spartanburg, south carolina. for $400, I'll throw in the set of hella's. I don't really think shipping this is the greatest idea winch is not included. although I have a smittybuilt I'd be willing to work out a package deal if anyones interested in all of it..
