I bought these many many many years ago. They are brand new still in the box with all hardware.



They are $16.99 ea plus shipping from Quadratec so how does $30 shipped sound for both? I am located in Knoxville TN

Do these mount in a factory location or are they a universal/make them fit sort of deal?

They are more of a universal fit. the factory tow hooks have an extra bracket if I'm not mistaken.
