After finding no Lebarons in the JY......I got up with a local fab shop and had a trial run made.
These vents are made from .080 aluminum, punched louvers which stick up. The blank measures 12x6 1/2" which has been scuff sanded to accomodate the finish of your choice. 8 louvers are punched in the blank, evenly spaced.
There are no screw/rivet holes in them so you can fasten them the way you want.
$25.00 for a pair is a great deal compared to what I've been seeing on the web...unfortunately I have no digi camera at the moment...but can text you pics of the raw set and them installed on my XJ. My celly # is 757-236-9421
