Thumbs up Dana 35 Aussie Locker (NEW IN BOX) $220

I have an new, in the box Aussie Locker for a rear Dana 35. The part number is XD-13530. This is a "lunchbox" locker which simply replaces the guts in the carrier making installation almost a no brainer. 45 minutes with basic hand tools and you are done.

An Aussie Locker is similar to a Detroit where its "on" fulltime however its allowed to "slip" when making turns to simulate an open rearend. Unlike an LSD you get 100% power to both wheels. The benefit of this is that no other electric or air compressor connections are required eliminating several common points of failure.

It will fit a TJ Wrangler rear or an XJ rear as long as you have a Dana 35. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK. Also check the manufacturer website to see if this is the right part number for you.

Price is $220 plus shipping. I MAY consider offers or trades. Thanks for looking.

So nobody is interested in the ultimate locker for the D35? A super easy install, 45 minutes and your locked.

How about $220 shipped?

If this is for D30 or C8.25 it should be gone already. Good luck with the sale.

Hmm, first so as to not needless run people off, its for a Dana 35 (rear, NOT D30 front) and second, if it was for a C8.25, it would be in my XJ, and not for sale!

Lastly, why the heck am I not getting notifications sent to me! Glad I checked it again.

1995Cherokee, nothing pops up when I click your link. Below is the link to the locker. If you have a D35 in an XJ, this is the one you want and its what I have for sale. I'm not aware of any other option.

**EDIT** Apparently from your avatar you have a ZJ, which this is the part for it as well.

Talk about weird, I just saw that you mentioned you had a ZJ in a previous post! Did I miss that or did you edit it? Hmm.

Anyway, just keep me posted. Thanks!

Just FYI Aussie makes 2 different models for the c-clip 35 because there are 2 different carriers, it's based on year not gear ratio.

Please be specific. For a ZJ, no, for an XJ, you would be correct.

It fits the following:

1994 to 2001 D35 for XJ Cherokees,
1993 to 1998 D35 for ZJ Grand Cherokees,
1993 to 2006 D35 for YJ/TJ Wranglers

Hmmm,...its apparent the damage to the D35 reputation has been done.

Its unfortunate because I see more Jeeps with D35's out on the trails then anything else, period. If you stay within the "rules" for running a D35, ie, 31" tire or smaller and don't mash on the skinny pedal to solve all your problems, you will have no problem with being locked. I have seen ZERO breakages for locked D35s with 31" tires or less,...NONE! And thats including those that get frustrated and mash the gas.

Is there a poll somewhere here asking how many people have actually broken a D35 wheeling a 31" tire or less? I bet 70% of the people that talk trash about the D35 never actually broken one. A shame really because its perfectly decent for the average dual purpose Jeeper.
