Sorry, must have missed your previous post. I'm not sure if it is factory or aftermarket but it does have the foam backing to the material.

Sorry, the overhead console was sold a while ago.

I do have one set of hatch struts left. The struts are in perfect working order, held up the hatch without an issue before they were removed. Just to make sure, these are for the ones with the eyes on both sides, not the newer ones with the bracket on one side. They are missing one or two of the little wire clips that you will need to swap over to these from your older ones. I can figure out a shipping price on these tomorrow.
