my brothers dad said it ran wen he parked it. he was supposed to clean carbortor and hook up gas tank but never got to. there wasnt anything else wrong with it. wen they first got it got new boots and redid brakes. and i think he said something bout new chip but im not for sure on that.

 

Just to add info, it looks like it has a VW chassis.

 

How much? And yea that doe's look like a VW chassis so which means it's got the air cooled 4 banger.
