I need one of these, my throttle body is kinda effed. Someone cross-threaded one of the throttle position sensor bolts. It was fun trying to change it today. I also plan on going with the flowmaster 40 series (probably from rustys since it bolts right up $ 150 plus the muffler) you gott one available for a 95?

You guys are starting to keep me busy!! And I appreciate it. I have one for a 95 right now, but that could change by tonight. If you guys need one, whoever pays first gets what I have. More guys are sending cores though, so if you pay, I can pretty much guarantee one within a week.

As soon as you have one for a '91 ready to go, please let me know.

Edit: Also, do you clean these and then paint them? The finish on those pics looks incredible. I could never imagine achieving that level of cleanliness.

No, Im not painting anything. Im blasting them in a cabinet with a fine material. You could put clear coat on I guess or paint, but for the price Im charging, Im not painting, and Im not smoothing the inside to prevent whistle.

(I would usually PM this stuff, but I figure other people have the same questions)
Yes, basically $37 on an exchange basis if I get yours first.
$55 outright
$18 for any you can send me.
This is nice, but mine is a DD. I drive it 180MI a week. I need to be able to drive it until I get the new one. I would still like to send my other back. What happens in that situation.

I didn't mean to imply that you should sand them. I was just stating my "info find" so if anyone who bought yours wanted to they could possibly eliminate the whistle. Also, I was tired last night, and totally forgot that cabinet blasters existed lol.

I am still interested, and again let me know when you have one in stock for a '91 HO.

I'd like one. 2000 xj 4.0 liter
