does this come with the 30 spline unit bearings to? or would someone need to purchase them for these to fit?

You would need those as well

I went out and looked at these and they do NOT require the 30 spline hubs...

27 spline outers

so they are not the grande 30 spline upgrade. they are just regular old alloy rubi axles?

When I bought them from AlloyUSA (before Ron left) these were called the Grande 30 kit...now it's called the Rubi/Grande 30

So to anser your question it is regular Rubicon alloy shafts 30/27
