Just wanted to update that my claim ended with PayPal today and in my favor. I hope everybody else who may of been ripped off by this guy has taken the appropriate actions against him.

Today Paypal has concluded there investigation in my case in my favor. They recoved the funds and and credited it to me.
This was my frist bad experience on the forum hopefully my last. Next time I'll be a litte more careful.
