Military issue HMMWV tires
Bias ply
Two have pretty good tread, the other two are just a little worn. They come with painted steel 8-lug rims for your fullsize axle swap or some cash at the scrap yard.
$300, or trade for a decent arc/mig welder, 31" or 33" tires for a 15" rim with good tread... or maybe something else, just ask!
