Alright guys cross post this anywhere you can or will but I just found out my neighborhood formed a HOA and that just won't do so we are looking for a new house. Part of looking for a house is I am going to sell out of jeeping in order to help finance this. My house will be coming on to the market shortly too. I am taking a hit on this but the jeep really has to go. $3000 with all spare parts, a few straps, and other misc off road gear included. Or $2500 but I will be keeping some stuff off the jeep such as the recovery gear and the winch. It will still come with all the spare parts

No real build thread but here is most of it:
Its a 1992 Jeep Cherokee XJ. The rear axle is a Dana 44 out of an 89 XJ, it is geared to 4.56 and has Alloy USA axle shafts.
The front is a factory Dana 30 also geared to 4.56 and locked with a lockright locker. The tie rod is rusty's HD and the drag link is about non existant, near future for the steering will be a new HD CrossOver Steering. Both front and rear axles are protected by SOLID industries diff covers.
Under the hood is the factory original 4.0 which doen't even have 80,000 miles yet. On the hood is a pair of Custom aluminum hood vents and a pair of "Custom" steel hood vents (floor vents)
front bumper is a Rusty's Baja Tube bumper with a SMittyBilt XRC-8000 mounted to it rear bumper is an older daystar tube bumper with modified factory mounts to add strenth and a few different hooks and rings to go into the receiver for recovery
To protect the rig from rocks that bite I have a pair of AJ's offroad rock sliders.
This whole mess sits on a rusty's 6.5" Long Arm Suspension, and what would be 35's but oneof those are blown.
Things I missed

radio is a pretty nice MP3 player type
I have a New Redtop Altima Battery for it
I already have new ball joints
I have about 4 spare Ujoints (I was gonna rebuild the spare front DS with these)
spare axle shafts for front
Spare front DS from an 88 XJ
spare thermostat
spare complete seats
spare pair of front 4" coil springs
misc spare front body parts
For recover equipment it has a XRC 8000 winch, warn winch kit bag with pulley, chain, drings, gloves, a tree strap or two, a couple recovery straps, whatever bags, and boxes I have with equipment in them. Now this would all be dependent on price. For and extra $250 ($3250 total) I wouls throw in an additional Warn XD9000I I have sittinginmy garage. All the "extra" recovery typer equipment would be dependant on what I find and what I want to keep for my truck.
Now know bads or issues with the jeep
the Dana 44 bearings are shot and the ring gear is missing 3-4 teeth, operates fine but I would keep an eye on it
The drag link is bent, I can supply a good factory one with the jeep if you want
the tires are retreads so finding a replacment is probably not possible and one is cut so it needs tires
This was a trail rig so the body is pretty beat up
