Haha... I have to test EVERYTHING. I would have parked in a parking lot with a strong telephone pole and pulled the Jeep across the parking lot if I had no other option... just to try it out. It may not be a "test" for the winch, but atleast you get to try it out.

Well good, atleast you got to play with it a little bit. You never know how life is gonna turn, live it up when you've got the chance.

That's because the guy at Rough Country who handed the package to the UPS driver was also holding a shotgun.

Finally got my 9500 with synthetic line on Friday. Ordered it in April, but they were waiting on a new shipment to come in, so I had to wait awhile for it. I was very happy to see the box in shelf display condition, and not beat to crap. Got it installed Monday night. Haven't had a chance to really use it yet, but unspooled the the line and ran it back in with some tension on the line just to make sure it worked. A little loud, but not horribly so. All in all, I'm happy, just wish I had been able to have it for the trip I went on a couple weeks back.

I don't know what RC's problems are but their customer service skills are lacking. I ordered $700 in suspension 2 weeks ago and waited and waited. Finally I called, somehow I the credit card number got messed up. No phone call from them to get the right number, they were just gonna lose the sale bc no bothered to call and get the info right. So.....after reordering the suspension and being told they would be here today....waiting, waiting , waiting. So I just called again and was told they don't have the parts and won't have them for another week at the least. And to boot my Jeeps sitting in my shop taking up room where I could have something else there making money. Big Dissappointment Rough Country, Real big .

Wow thats odd because the couple times I've bought from them they have been very prompt. Bought their shackle relocation kit yesterday and it should be here tomorrow. . . pretty good.
