no i bought them separately.... he bought your coils and add a leaf and then i upgraded from stock shocks to the ones on there now. now i have to go back and put my stock shocks back on until i can get some more. i was happy with the performance of the shock until this shock blew out... and i don't understand why. im sorry for my rude actions earlier... its just due to my frustrations between rebuilding a throttle body, fixing everyone else's vehicles, and now a 3 month old shock that blew its seal and i cant find a receipt for it.

if you bought it directly from us 3 months ago we would still have record of it unless you bought them from one of our authorized dealers. If thats the case then yes we would need some sort of proof of purchase. I dont care if its your bank statement I just need something saying you bought something from us

Then I tried again about 30 mins later and was on Hold again for another 15 mins. I just gave up. I’m not trying to bash quadratec in anyway; I'm just trying to give an example of customer service now a day for some people.
