Jason can be monotone at times, but when you've got a problem or need replacement, HE'S YOUR MAN

The discount alone makes he happy, when I call an ask for Jason tell him what I want its done and on its way, he's helped me several times. Jason alone has made me return customer. I don't like to be on phone long and just want what I need, he makes it happen.

the great things about public forums is it allows people to voice all the opinions they want. Yes if you catch me at the wrong time I may not be the most talkative person as I am trying to do many other things. I assure you that I wasnt rude or non helpful just maybe short to the point. i service multiple forums as well as 100's of calls a day from straight sales to wholesale accounts as well as all tech calls. however any free time I have I usually spend it here or on Naxja as XJ's are what I fell in love with many years ago.

If you dont like Rough Country for whatever reason you may have and want to know if whatever it was that made you feel that way has changed please ask but to come into my vendor forum and simply say our service and products suck without any insight to why you feel that way, your comment holds no weight and just shows the lack of respect people have behind a keyboard.

Dirk Diggler I apologize if you caught me in a less then great mood and I wish I could change the way you feel about my service. hell we all have a bad day from time to time so again I apologize and I hope you will continue to use Rc products in the future.

^^ x2. I have had my issues with rough country but customer service was definitely never one of them. And taking it to the vendor ad is a bit immature. Regardless. I had bad control arm joints. They hooked me up with rebuild kits. Had short leaves. Hooked me up with shackle relocation brackets. My problems were always resolved in some manner. You don't get customer service like that from too many companies.

Just wondering if you bought the shocks by themselves or with the three inch kit you are running. Funny thing is according to a post you made on January 26th you bought your jeep with the lift already on it. Therefore there is no warranty as they are only good for the original purchaser.

You really can’t get 1 on 1 customer service like this anymore. For instance I called quadratec last night to ask a question about a product they had that I was interested in getting. The first time I called I stayed on the phone for 22 mins waiting on hold to talk to a REAL HUMAN BEING, I ended up giving up. Then I tried again about 30 mins later and was on Hold again for another 15 mins. I just gave up. I’m not trying to bash quadratec in anyway; I'm just trying to give an example of customer service now a day for some people.
