What about offsetting the bracket to the inside of each A pillar and possibly mounting closer to the cowl? The offset would also keep it inside the body lines and out of the line of fire when it comes to brush and etc.

I'm not shure how to post pics in on a thread but I love mine and I mounted mine up high. Came in handy this week with the snow and all the driving I was doing. I'm goin to order another set next week to mount down low

Mostly just to be different. The beam of light shoots out just about the same level as they would if they were on a light bar. Only bad thing is the glare off the windsheild. Great product!!

Back from our Christmas break, back in the shop melting wire!
Hope you all are enjoying the Holiday Season!!
Snorkles.....I'll look into this more as time permits, base bracket will be ok, hardware will need to change, as well as the light bracket itself.

Yep and I followed your install step by step. Only thing about mounting high like this is they overlap the windsheild molding so you have to remove them to remove the glass. And the passenger side top bolt has to be drilled at an angle or from both sides to line up right. I used windsheild "leak" siclone to seal them up and rubber gromets for the wires to go through with siclone. Its clear, finds where water might leak and seals it up. Love em, get lots of looks and compliments!

I had a spotlight on my jeep (police) but i tore it out and sold it, and I was looking for something to be functional and cover it up..
