The base plate is 4" long.

 

I imagine that its a set template you use but would it be possible to make one a tad longer than the other? im afraid that im going to run into problems with pre existing holes unless you have a better mounting idea?
if you cant make one or it would be too expensive im sure I can work with the 4 inches

I can make a 'taller' base bracket for you, the light mount would remain at it's base (yes, jigged)......I could also supply a base bracket with no predrilled holes or a combo of taller/no holes.....if this helps you out.

Most set hem at 4" up the pillar, but....they've been used in numerous locations along the pillar....

Yea he is a great vendor. Called to order and ended up talking jeeps for almost 2 hours. Install was easy only took about 15min not counting paint time.

I think so yes.....always liked the quads, I'd install 2 more.....like Mother, Jugs and Speed!!

 

Got mine done today....took me a little while longer to do with the wife helping me Anyways they are great, nice work from a nice guy. Will be recommending these if asked, for sure
