Man unless you roll over you aint breaking these by just driving and hitting the occasional brush or branch.
Heck, I be as bold to say, by the way these look and bolt in, if you were to some how hit a tree just right where the bracket sits, you'll take out your A-Pillar before these break off it.
My guess, either scenario, you got bigger problems than needing new brackets, lol.

Very happy. Sent you an email with a question.

If you manage to break one of these light mounts, I think you are going to be worried about replacing a lot more than these brackets, but at least you know Mark will send you another one!

If you've seen the hid lights, they are rather deep. I'm not sure the exact measurement, but they have the ballast built in to the case, so they are (front to back) bigger than most lights. Just making sure they fit.

I have seen them, but they arent that much more in length/width..

I want to say the farther up you go the pillar the more room you may get but that may just be an optical illusion played by the eye..

If your concerned about it, contact Detour and he can either custom place your hole or send you one with out any holes and you can figure out where you want them and drill it yourself so you can adjust for width on your own.

I had him drill me out a custom set, for the lights i wanted even though they arent any bigger, I just wanted the holes in a different spot. He works with you to make sure your happy
