Could you drive there and back for less than $20? I doubt it. It's a pretty big box...

This is a stupid good deal, either way. I ordered in Montana and it was here in like 2 days. Get it, hack off that factory ish, and get on with it. Stoked with my 2.5" Magnaflow kit. It might be time to pick up a cat and start working my way towards the manifold. Thanks again, great kit and fit. #thumbup

Yea unfortunately the distance from us rarely makes a difference when quoting shipping. I can send a muffler to a major city in California for cheaper than I can to my house which is about 10 miles from the warehouse.

So how did you make out with installing your exhaust? Do you have a hitch? Once I installed my hitch I noticed more problems with fitment- with the 2.5" pipe there is hardly any room between the tail pipe, hitch, and leaf spring shackle. Rattles badly. I will probably have to cut this tail pipe off and have a new one made that fits.

Sorry for getting back so late I never followed up on this thread.

I got the kit a couple days after it being shipped. Packaged with just the pipe and the muffler in its box, and a separate box for the clamps. Nothing more and nothing less.

My only problem is finding someone who can weld it on!!! Talked to one shop and they said it would take 4hours @ $125 an hour, not including supplies. I'm assuming thats alittle much...

But im still looking around for someone who can weld on my college budget. Do any of you guys suggest exhaust clamps?

Hahahahaha yeah when they told me that I said I just want a cut and weld not a cut, weld, wash, wax, and header installation!

But $65 sounds awesome. I just have to find a place that does it right!
And yeah I figured clamps would be kinda dumb.

I used the clamps for about a week, until we had time to weld everything.

The exhaust will work loose and try to rotate, if it's not welded.

I bought and installed the flowmaster super 44 kit yesterday, as well as a thunderbolt spin cat. Only issue I had was the tailpipe contacting the leaf shackle bolt which I see I am not alone there. That is to be expected with something like this, nothing that can't be fixed easy.

Excellent price, sounds great, newbie friendly installation.

Glad you like your kit. And I appreciate your understanding that this is a "universal" kit for our jeeps. There will be some tweaking involved

Just had the exhaust kit installed magnaflow with the thunderbolt spincat. Tailpipe rubbed on rear shackle. The muffler shop just had to move the weld on of the hanger's. Had to have the muffler shop add a 16" pipe to adjust for the difference between cat and muffler. Only cost $70 to have all the work done. Also an added bonus i went from 13.1 mpg to 17.6 mpg using regular unleaded and using 87 I get 18.2 mpg. The kit does need some mod work, but only a little. Overall a fantastic buy well worth the money and sounds awesome.
